Our partners come from evidence-based and recognised professional backgrounds. Where disciplines sit outside traditional clinical pathways, practitioners are accredited by respected professional bodies such as the CNHC - ensuring safe, ethical, and high-quality support. Each partner brings proven expertise in supporting health and wellbeing in everyday spaces.
The Wellness Hub is more than a directory - it’s a vibrant community where partners collaborate, share best practice, and access professional development. Through our events and programs, they can showcase their expertise, grow their business, and connect directly with organisations seeking meaningful wellbeing experiences.
Zoe is the founder of The Wellness Hub — a space born from experience, passion, and purpose. After 25 years in the corporate travel industry as a project manager, leading global strategic projects and navigating high-pressure environments, she faced burnout twice. The turning point came with a desire to rewrite the rules — for herself and others.
With a lifelong interest in health, fitness, and alternative therapies, Zoe wanted to find a way to educate others on what's possible when it comes to taking ownership of their wellbeing. The Wellness Hub brings together experts and experiences that inspire change. Today, Zoe empowers others to prioritise wellbeing and redefine what matters most — through the collective expertise of the wellness partners.

Tracy is a qualified sleep therapist who has run a busy sleep clinic since 2019. She uses only evidence-based approaches to help people reconnect to their natural ability to sleep.
Tracy is trained in cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia, acceptance and committment therapy for insomnia and cognitive therapy for nightmares. She is recognised by The Society for Behavioral Sleep Medicine and a member of The British Sleep Society and The British Society for Lifestyle Medicine.
Tracy was inspired by both her clinical interest in sleep as well as her own personal experience of insomnia. Having worked in community mental health in the past, she saw particular relevance to sleep and wellbeing and how both influenced one another.
Tracy’s clinical approach includes insomnia-specific cognitive behavioural and acceptance and commitment therapies (not sleep hygiene tips!), and she works collaboratively with her clients to set up bespoke sleep improvement structures, practices and mindset shifts. Tracy’s goal is to improve people’s sleep, reduce their sleep related anxiety, and to help them live life more fully along the way.

Through trauma recovery, belief reprogramming, and healing at the root, Jodie helps others reclaim their voice, rebuild their sense of safety, and live unmasked.

Rashmi is the founder of Rashmi Nutrition — a practice built from two decades of searching for answers that nobody could give her.
After a career in finance and years of being dismissed by doctors while quietly hiding in her clothes and running on empty, she retrained as a Registered Nutritionist at 40 with one clear purpose: to give other women what she never had. Not another diet. Not a generic plan. A real explanation for why they feel the way they do — and a root cause approach that actually changes things.
With a deep specialism in gut health, hormonal health, blood sugar balance, and nervous system regulation, Rashmi works with exhausted women in their 40s and 50s who have tried everything and are ready for something different. Her approach is warm, honest, and built around real life — no restriction, no starting again on Monday, just small sustainable changes that give women their energy, their confidence, and themselves back.
Rashmi Nutrition exists for the woman who is done with being told nothing is wrong.

Jen is a Critical Care Outreach Practitioner and Tropic Skincare Ambassador who is passionate about helping people feel more confident in their skin and take a little time for themselves.
Working in a busy, high-pressure healthcare role, Jen sees first-hand how stress, lack of time, and putting everyone else first can impact both wellbeing and skin. Alongside this, she has built her Tropic business as her “happy place” creating a space where people can relax, feel looked after, and enjoy simple self-care.
As a busy mum, Jen understands how hard it can be to prioritise yourself. Her approach is all about keeping things easy, realistic, and enjoyable no complicated routines, just small changes that make a big difference.
Jen works with individuals and small groups, offering relaxed pamper sessions, 1:1 skincare support, and the chance to try naturally derived, cruelty-free products in a no-pressure environment. She is proud to be part of a brand built around its Infinite Purpose, using business as a force for good and giving back to charities and environmental causes.
Her focus is on helping people understand their skin, find what works for them, and leave feeling refreshed, more confident, and a little more like themselves.
Through her sessions, Jen creates a friendly and supportive space where people can switch off, have a laugh, and walk away feeling better inside and out.
